This notice provides additional information about the processing of personal data by MAVORA PRIVÉ LTD / МАВОРА ПРИВЕ ЕООД under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Bulgarian data-protection law.
1. Data controller
For processing carried out for MAVORA's own business purposes, the data controller is MAVORA PRIVÉ LTD / МАВОРА ПРИВЕ ЕООД, registered office: 2 Kresna Street, Entrance A, Floor 3, Apartment 11, 1320 Bankya, Sofia Municipality, Bulgaria. Contact: mavora.prive.ltd@gmail.com, +359 886 324 493.

Depending on the relationship and requested service, MAVORA may process identification and contact data, professional information, company and role information, correspondence, project and booking information, travel preferences, event or participant details, candidate or recruitment information, billing and contractual information, and limited technical website data.
3. Lawful bases
Processing may be based on one or more of the following grounds: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract; performance of a contract; compliance with a legal obligation; MAVORA's legitimate interests in operating, protecting and developing its business; and consent where consent is the appropriate legal basis.
4. Recruitment data
Where MAVORA processes candidate information for recruitment or executive-search services, the precise role of MAVORA and the relevant client depends on the engagement. Additional client-specific instructions or data-processing terms may apply. Candidate data should be limited to information relevant to the recruitment purpose.
5. Service-provider and partner data
For travel, events, retreats, training and international coordination, MAVORA may need to share limited personal data with selected hotels, transport providers, venues, destination partners, trainers or other specialist suppliers in order to perform the requested service.
6. Processors and recipients
MAVORA may use service providers that process data on its behalf, including hosting, email, IT, document-management or professional-support providers. Where required, appropriate contractual and confidentiality obligations should apply. Personal data may also be disclosed where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
7. International transfers
If a service requires personal data to be transferred outside the European Economic Area, MAVORA will consider the transfer mechanism required by the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision, appropriate contractual safeguards or another lawful basis for the transfer.
8. Retention
MAVORA retains personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose, taking into account contractual, accounting, statutory limitation, dispute-management and compliance requirements. Different categories of data may therefore be retained for different periods.
9. Your GDPR rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
10. Complaints
You may contact MAVORA first so that we can review your concern. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection supervisory authority. In Bulgaria, the supervisory authority is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).
11. Automated decision-making
MAVORA does not intend to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about website visitors solely through automated processing unless this is separately disclosed and legally justified.
12. Data minimisation and security
MAVORA seeks to process only the personal data reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose and to apply appropriate organisational and technical safeguards proportionate to the nature of the processing.
